Refuse Bins
Each flat owner is responsible for the removal of all household rubbish and debris of whatever size and nature from their own flat. Domestic refuse should be bagged up and placed in the bins that have been provided in the bin store area. Please do not leave refuse sacks on the floor or surrounding area as this creates an environmental risk and encourages pests
Larger items that do not fit in the wheelie bins provided can be taken to:
The Civic Amenity and Recycling Centre
Summers Lane, North Finchley, London N12 0RF
Tel: 020 8362 0752

Recycling Bins
All residents will have recently received a letter from Crabtree Property regarding the provision of recycling bins in the communal bin sheds. These have now been delivered and are ready for use.
All tins, cardboard, paper and most plastics can be recycled, but please remember to wash them out first. The recycling is collected once a fortnight so will cause a smell if not properly washed. Any glass should either be taken to a local recycling facility. Please do not put glass in the recycling bins as it will not be recycled this way.
Please see Barnet Council's website for further information.
